Our Health and Resilience Lifestyle consultation is designed to help you get back on track with improvements in diet, exercise, stress management and other modalities that you know you need to do, but can’t seem to get started. Maybe you have been set back due to illness or just this thing we call “LIFE”. We can help you figure out a plan that works for you to get you back on track.

Health and Resilience Lifestyle consultations are usually 1 ½ hours in length with the opportunity to schedule additional follow-up sessions for shorter lengths of time as needed to help reach your goals.

  • Review biomarkers and available fitness parameters and/or specific recommendation for tests to attain
  • Individualized exercise prescription based on health goals and current status
  • Recommend lifestyle strategies for successful implementation in creating new healthy habits.
  • Provide recommendations for other therapeutic modalities that may be needed.
