Our Exercise and Nutrition Lifestyle consult begins with a review of medical information, available biometrics, activity inventory and 3-day dietary intake and continues with goal setting and individualized actions plans and recommendations to support your health goals.
Appropriate supplementation review and recommendations may also be included if desired. These consults are done via Zoom for added convenience.
